I liked their corn break and whiskey a lot. Definitely one of the few best whiskeys I've had at restaurants!

Eunice curated a warm, temporary, and delectable dining experience. From entering the restaurant to exiting, we enjoyed every second! I went to celebrate birthdays while visiting my friend in Houston as a recommendation from my brother in the food industry and thank goodness we took the recommendation! We arrived to champagne on the table and a sincere celebration wish from our server! Chef Drake even came out to our table to wish us a happy birthday and talk! The happy hour has prices you cannot beat- you MUST get the cornmeal oysters! My favorite dish ended up being the bread pudding! The dish came out hot with cold ice cream on top and drowning in homemade caramel, chef kiss.

Absolutely delicious! We love this restaurant! They offer happy hour every day from 3-6. Highly recommend the oysters- raw and chargrilled. The Dan Dan shrimp was excellent too. Service was fantastic - everyone is very friendly and eager to answer questions! It's got a light and vibrant feel to it. A must!

Perfect place from the food to the vibe. I could tell the cook took time to prepare their dishes. Highly recommend

My best friend had her rehearsal dinner here. The food was absolutely delicious I tried everything that was offered. We had a multitude of cocktails to try like the espresso martini, an assortment of wines, etc there was dan dan shrimp and broccolini and brussel sprouts as our appetizers. The broccolini had such an interesting flavor I kept eating them! And I usually never like Brussels sprouts but I admit these were seasoned and cooked well. There were three options for the main course but my friends all let eachother try a bite of their dishes: the choices were either steak, duck, or fish! I had the steak and it was a big portion so I was excited. The dessert options were either the banana pudding or lemon icebox pie. The banana pudding was okay I've had better but I really enjoyed the lemon! The vibes were nice and classy and the service was great! Parking was either valley or in the garage, they did validate my parking though!

Eunice is a beautiful restaurant with delicious food and a puzzling parking situation. The restaurant is not hard to find because you can see if from the street, but the parking is a bit of a challenge. The parking garage seems random because the restaurant is attached to an office building so it's hard to determine if the parking is for Eunice or for the office businesses. The answer is both. You park in the garage and take the stairs to the ground floor and walk over to Eunice or take the elevator and go through the office building to cross over to Eunice. The interior is high end, but light, airy and has a nautical theme. The variety of seating options such as bar, booths, tables and outdoor tables makes it welcoming to both families and singles. The amount of natural light inside this restaurant uplifts your spirit and the breeze rustling through the trees when sitting outdoor soothes your soul. Eunice is the only restaurant in this area so the secludedness of the location only adds to the allure and makes for a very peaceful and quiet ambiance when dining. I firmly believe that food is better enjoyed when you also enjoy the ambiance. I have been here several times for lunch and on those occasions have tried most of their lunch dishes. Most of their dishes are delicious but there is the occasional misses. - Raw Oysters: they offer both gulf and specialty oysters. Very fresh and fairly priced. - Raw Scallop: not my cup of tea but the dressing is very delicious. - Cast Iron Cornbread: fluffy, light, melts in your mouth. - Dan Dan Shrimp: crunchy, sweet, savory, great as appetizer or main dish if you want a light bite. Always consistent (in my experience) - Chicken & Sausage Gumbo: too watery, not enough chicken. - Crispy Brussels Sprouts: crispy, slightly sweet. - Shrimp Etoufee: not as good as my grandma's but a close second or third. Well seasoned, decent amount of shrimp and portion, great consistency. - Local Fish (Gulf Fish): small portion, leaves much to be desired. - Herb roasted Chicken: good portion, slightly dry and under seasoned. I am a big fan of creole food as my grandma is a great cook so my standards are high. But, overall I would go to Eunice for a light lunch or bring my friends and family for a special event. It can be high end and laid back depending on the occasion and the food is often delicious.

Parking was iffy but only because I didn't research it on Yelp like my friend did. Park in the garage and it's free validation or you can valet (pass). Food was so delicious. The gumbo came with this delicious dill potato salad and a chicharron. It was perfectly smoky with not too much rice but just enough. The Monday power lunch of Friday chicken and red beans and rice hit the spot. There was enough for me to take home and share later and the flavor was spot on with all the items. First time at Eunice for me but it won't be the last time.

Note: This review for their private room for an event and lunch. My review is based off an important event in their private room. We had a total of 11. The space was really pretty and we were able to bring our own decorative backdrop. I would say this is a great space to host intimate gatherings. They were very flexible in working with me as some plans changed and we ended up using the room for the mini event as well as the lunch after. We were able to come in an hour prior to opening to set up and have our quick event. Then we helped moved the tables back to the center of the room and had lunch. You get a total of 4 hours and I didn't feel rushed at all. Honestly worked out amazingly and I'm really thankful! The food itself was pretty good! A bit on the pricier side but I am definitely willing to spend that money due to being able to use the space. There is just the normal minimal spend rule for reserving the room. None of the seafood was too briny or fishy. The apps were all very delicious. We went with the east coast oysters, but I like the cooked oyster the best. My main dish was tuna medium rare. Scallops were delicious. It was overall a lot of food! I may be a bit biased now but this will always be a special place to me now! Flexibility for event:5/5 Private room:5/5 Service:5/5 Food:4/5

I was honestly surprised with Eunice and its taste palette. Food was definitely delicious. Even the gulf oysters were more fresh than I anticipated. Loved their cornbread with their in house butter, blue crab bisque, and shrimp étouffée. Only complaint is that everything is quite pricey for what it is. They now offer happy hour everyday which I think will make this place more worth to frequent
